You will find our villa close to Jávea, Costa Blanca, Spain in the urbanisation Balcón al Mar, approx. 100 m above the sea level. We are on a Cape, which is surrounded by the sea on three sides. Our brand mark is the lighting house of Cabo la Nao. This is the point on the mainland which is closest to Ibiza. Cabo de la Nao with its bizarre cliffs is surely one of the most beautiful spots of the Spanish Mediterranean coast. This area is very popular for sailing, diving and, of course, bathing. In the close neighbourhood you can hire boats, jet-skis and surf boards. It is also possible to go horseriding or to play golf. If you like to go out at night, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, pubs and discos. Our holiday home has its own private swimming pool. As a rule, we only rent the villa to a single party at the time. Consequently our holiday home you rent will be exclusively occupied by you during your vacation.

The villa "Tommaso" offers space for 4-6 people, as well as a private pool and internet. A very tastefully furnished house, which is situated in a very quiet area in the residential area of Balcon del Mar. You have a view of the surroundings all the way to the sea. The approximately 1000sqm self-contained property is at your sole disposal. There are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 beds (90x200 cm). There are also 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. A lovingly furnished kitchen, which includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher and typical kitchen utensils, is also available. In the living / dining room area, with exit to the terrace, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea.

Enjoy and relax far away from your everyday life. Our accommodation gives you the opportunity to do this. Lean back and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea with a glass of wine and let your soul dangle. This sea view invites you to dream. Our holiday home offers you a natural garden of approx. 1000 square meters with various seating and lounging options. So you can either choose a comfortable place in the sun or a place in the shade to enjoy your holiday atmosphere. The pool, which is only at your disposal, has a size of approx. 10.5 x 5.5 meters and is also illuminated. So nothing stands in the way of a romantic bathing experience in the evening hours. Of course, you can also use an outdoor shower. Garden furniture, such as chairs - deck chairs are available for you. The whole patio area is surrounded by beautiful plants and trees.
